St. George Tanaq Corporation has land available for lease and development in Zapadni Bay Subdivision, which is located in the general vicinity of the St. George Harbor, St. George Island, Alaska.

Rates are 25 cents a square foot per month for short term rental, and 20 cents a square foot per month for long term arrangements.

Water, electric, telephone and commercial waste outfall are generally available to the sites.
