Kittiwake Subdivision (1999) - Planning and engineering
liaison for subdivision design of sixteen lot development. Work included
completion of topographic survey at a two-foot contour interval, which
was overlaid on aerial photo of site. Additional work included preparation
of compilation of cost analysis for construction of roads, drainage systems,
electrical system, water system, and sewer system. Subdivision not constructed
due to cost.
Tract I Development Project (1996) - Project management of $1.85 million harbor expansion and site development project. Work included planning, engineering oversight and contractor liaison, contractual work, and on-site project management. Zapadni Subdivision (1988/1996) - Engineering,
survey, and platting of commercial/industrial subdivision adjacent to
the St. George Harbor. Work included development of a master grading plan
for the Zapadni area.
BIA Road Project (1995) - Assistance with real property work and surveying to resolve site control issues related to construction of new road from the City of St. George to the St. George Harbor. Alaska Tidelands Survey 1364a (1991) - Planning, survey, platting of real property seaward of the line of mean high tide in the vicinity of the St. George Harbor. Zapadni Subdivision Grading Work (1990) - Project management to drill, shoot, excavate, load, haul, and final grading to develop approximately 12-acre site adjacent to the St. George Harbor. Work included site planning and removal of 75,000 cy of material. Water Reserve Subdivision (1988) - Planning, survey, and platting of the Water Reserve Subdivision to resolve real property matters related to the Alaska native Claims Settlement Act. Tanang Subdivision (1988) - Planning, survey, and platting of the Water Reserve Subdivision to resolve real property matters related to the Alaska native Claims Settlement Act. Tract 38 Subdivision (1988) - Planning, survey, and platting of the Water Reserve Subdivision to resolve real property matters related to the Alaska native Claims Settlement Act and the St. George Borrow Pit. Tract 37 Subdivision (1988) - Planning, survey, and platting of the Water Reserve Subdivision to resolve real property matters related to the Alaska native Claims Settlement Act and the St. George Landfill. Qawax Subdivision (1987) - Planning, survey, platting, real property work related to the Qawax Subdivision covering the industrial buildings area on St. George Island, Alaska. Airport Subdivision (1985) - Planning, survey, and platting of property for siting of housing facility located near the St. George Harbor. East Landing Subdivision (1985) - Planning, survey, and platting of the East Landing Subdivision to resolve site control issues related to construction of boat ramp near the City of St. George. Choochkie Heights Subdivision (1984) - Consulting work related to survey and platting of residential subdivision, St. George Island, Alaska.
