Health Clinic Remodel and Upgrades (2003) - Interior upgrades and painting. Estimated contract amount: $60,000.

Fire Safety Renovation, Zapadni Camp (2000) - Planning, permitting, engineering liaison, contractor oversight and assistance with fire alarm system installation to bring building into code compliance. Work also included 5/8ths inch type x sheetrock installation and finish work, wiring and installation of recessed lighting, interior painting, floor covering replacement, interior trim, and removal and replacement of approximately 30 interior doors to meet 20 minute door fire code requirements. Contract amount: $100,000.

Fire Safety Renovation, St. George Hotel (2000) - Planning, permitting, contractor oversight and assistance with fire alarm system installation to bring building into fire code compliance. Contract amount: $20,000.

 

St. George Outfall Project (1998) - Project management for the City of St. George related to installation of a 1,216 foot outfall line. Work included permitting, design, quality control, and subcontractor installation of 12-inch HDPE line onshore to connect three docks at the St. George Harbor to the offshore portion of the line. Contract amount: $700,000.

Cottage E Renovation (1995) - Excavation to waterproof basement. Work included excavation and backfill together with installation of polyguard membrane, drain curtain and drain tile.

Zapadni camp Roof Renovation (1995) - Installation of 4,200 square foot roof membrane to fix roof leak problems at camp.

St.George Fuel Facility (1993) - Project management of construction of 1,050,000 gallon bulk fuel facility through subsidiary, St. George Chadux Corporation, including construction of extensive pipeline and pumping system. Facility constructed to meet all federal and State of Alaska DEC regulations.

Zapadni Camp (1990) - Purchase, mobilization, site work, and construction of 40-man construction camp. Work included assembly of pre-fabricated modules together with construction of on-site septic system. Renovation work has included installation of a new roof membrane, plumbing and mechanical work, sheetrock and siding work, and installation of new thermal pane windows.

Cottage G Renovation (1985) - Complete interior renovation of residential property include framing, electrical, plumbing and heating, sheetrock, and painting work.

St. George Store (1985) - Complete interior and construction of commercial store, St. George Island, Alaska. Work included construction of office space and post office.

St. George Fish Processing Facility (1983) - renovation of metal warehouse into fish processing plant with bulk refrigeration facility together with outfall construction and completion of addition to warehouse for processing area and offices. Work included utility upgrade and ordering and installation of all trade fixtures.
