The THIRTY FOURTH ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS of St. George Tanaq Corporation was held on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the St. George School Gym on St. George Island, Alaska.

Congratulations to Anthony B. Merculief, Flore Lekanof Sr. and Laurence Lestenkof, who all won reelection!

Anthony B. Merculief will continue as charirman. Our new vice chairman is Phillip Lekanof.
